Can I try Chambr free?
Yes. The free plan gives you 5 roleplays a month, with full scoring and feedback. No credit card. Start a challenge with your team and everyone practices unlimited for 48 hours. If you want your whole team on it, the Team plan is $300 a month and you can cancel anytime.
What happens when I need a fifth seat?
Talk to us. The Team plan covers a manager and three reps. Past that we price per rep, and it comes with support customizing your bots, coaching, assignments and a proper rollout. Most teams that size want those anyway.
Do you train your AI on my data?
Not on Team or Enterprise. Anything your team practices on those plans stays yours. On the free and Individual plans we may use conversation data to improve the product.
Chambr is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and meets enterprise security requirements across all plans, with additional security features (SSO, SCIM, audit logs, custom data retention) available on Enterprise.
Can I expense Chambr?
Yes. Chambr is reimbursable as a professional development, learning, or sales training benefit, and many companies cover tools like Chambr under existing L&D or professional development budgets. Download a reimbursement letter from your account and submit it with your invoice. If several people on your team want Chambr, skip reimbursement and move to a Team or Enterprise plan with one invoice and centralized billing.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. Team is month to month with no contract. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
